Monkey and Crockey were great friends. They loved munching apples and talking together. Monkey sent apples for Crockey's wife too as a courteous gesture. Crockey was happy.

Crockey's wife liked apples but also became greedy and viscious. She instigated Crockey to bring monkey home so that she would feed on him, because monkey's heart would be as delicious as the apples as he ate. Crockey got carried away and carried his unsuspecting friend towards his home.

Monkey could smell something fishy with Crockey and lured him back to his tree and escaped the fatal plan, by saying that he had forgotten his juicy heart on the apple tree. He then jumped off Crockey's back and told him that he was the biggest fool. Monkey and Crockey were no longer friends. MORAL - Be trustworthy and dependable. Dont stake true frienship for greed.
